I had placed order for Super Cloud 2020 latest technology-Super soft home slippers (Super Light Weight Version) on Sunday,29th November.
I had received the order confirmation on email but post that haven’t received any communication on the product delivery.
I spoke to Customer Care Team on Monday,7th December to check the status of my order and here is the response received from Doomonline Customer Care Executive:
Customer Care Executive Name: Deepak Kumar
He responded to my query saying your order got cancelled due to server issue.
He then sent me one SMS having a survey monkey link.He asked me to fill the details to get the money refund right away.
Below is the message received from Customer Care Executive Deepak Kumar:

Also,find attached the screenshot of the Card details he wanted from me.
This is a sheer forgery case where Doomonline team is cheating their customers, taking the money but not delivering the product and not even responding to their customers queries on email.
The concerned authorities are requested to take all possible actions to bring these frausters behind bars and also report these forgery cases at all possible platforms to safeguard the interest of other innocent customers.
