Hi,
I had done two recharges of Rs 500 balance on
1 – 08.04.2020 transaction Id ONR2004081256160131
2 – 24.05.2020 transaction Id ONR2005241038160055
and activated two ISD Packs of Rs 27 on
1 – 08.04.2020 transaction Id ONR2004081252190214
2 – 05.05.2020 transaction Id ONR2005051938160422
According to this pack call to United Kingdom numbers should be charged @1.5 INR
I had two international calls after the recharge on 24.05.2020 and 31.05.2020. Next day 01.06.2020 I checked my balance on my vodafone app I noticed there is a deduction of Rs 390 approximately which was in appropriate being activating the relevant pack. Following which I made a calls to vodafone customer care

on which I was told I would get the refund back. But I didn’t. After not receiving the balance back I made several calls but all customer care were giving the same reply. Today I.e on 15.06.2020 (please note this is my 4th call) I was told that I have to send a email for the refund.
