Vodafone’s SMS message is read as ” Hello! Thank for using FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 20
Your balance is Rs. 44.29″ on dated 08-01-2021
The charges are not specified in detail as by voda fone app or by visiting specific web site so that I can be alert before using the post payable channel. Every time a customer cann’t complain and get refund of money which is collected unauthorisedly without any cprior consent.
