Hi my name is tarsem kumar having no 9876801553. I am your old customer but these days i am not happy with your services and your customer care representative. My balance got deducted by rs 26 . During my conversation with your customer care representative miss sadhna. Her behaviour is very irritating and she said me your company automatically activate some plan without my authorization. As i didnt get any benefit from the plan you activate without my authority. So i want to get my balance back.
