Hello,
I am a user of VI(Vodafone Idea) telecommunication services. My balance has been deducted multiple times for services that I have not subscribed and have not even used. The deductions are without any consent. I get SMS for such deductions from VZ-ViCMS. . Kindly take a notice of this and help me out.
