My order for 1 giant bean bag sofa was placed on 30th August 2020 having order no.-12788 and payment was also made online as there was cash on delivery option available. It showed that my order has been confirmed and i will get a confirmation with my order number very shortly. But, it has already been 6 days but no confirmation neither regarding the order placement or the delivery has been sent.
I suppose these are the ways and means being followed by these online sites just to earn money from the customers.
I request the deal saga team to contact me immediately or else i will have to proceed with the legal formalities.
My order number is 12788.
