This is Aamena Sopara. Airtel prepaid customer 9892091952
I have been using Airtel past 17 days. I recharged my number with your 84 days 1.5/day plan. From the initial days, I haven’t been doing heavy usage or download or surfing, still 1.5gb vanishes away. I called customer care, also went to the airtel store twice but the issue isn’t resolving.
I am assure of my phone settings and they aren’t a reason for the said complaint. I have checked data usage in the app after using minimal data but 3-4 times the MB is deducted.
I am really tired of this problem. I am not able to download and watch videos and stuff. The recharge amount is utmost a waste of money for me and I will have to suffer for more 60days.
I will have no choice but change the operator. As Airtel claims for their data and network services is fraudulent and a way to lure customers towards the company.

I am also facing the same problem without any data usage data mb is being deducted from my account I am unable to resolve the issue.
