With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to put forward the following facts :
1. That I have booked a Redmi 10 Mobile through FlipKart ( Order no.OD124879109825954000 dated 07.05.2022).
2. The value of the order was Rs. 4049/- which was supposed to be deducted from my above Credit card in 3 Installments.
3. That I have cancelled the above order on 14th May, 2022. Screen shot of the Cancellation advise is attached along with this mail.
4. That on cancellation of the order, FlipKart has refunded the amount of 3949.00 to my credit card no…4030 0990 8416 3219…… However the same is not reflecting in my Credit Card account.
5. That even after this an amount of Rs…1381…. Per month is being deducted from my Credit Card in the months of May, June and July, 2022.
It is requested to kindly stop deduction of any further amount for the above order and refund the money already deducted from my Credit Card
