I received two messages:
1st on september 6
2nd on november 1
The message was ‘Thank you for choosing to access Telsync games and videos’
They charged me a total of 3.48 rupees
Nor I haven’t downloaded any app niether i opened any site. This problem of deducting charges unconditionally is a headache to many customers of VI.
