I have recharged my mobile on 8 july 2021 and I have not activated any scheme however my balance has dedeucted due to Bcafe portal (15 rupees on 12 july 2021) and Games world ( 20 rupees on 13 july 2021) now my mobile balance is nil. If we don’t activate any scheme why our balance is deducting.
