Text of Complaint by Saurabh Bansal:

I put a mail on 06 July about deduction of Rs. 81 from my account balance without my knowledge, but till date I did not receive any message related to my complaint. Again I sent the reminder for the same on 18 July 2020. But still didn’t get any response.

On 19 July 2020, 2:00 PM they again deducted Rs. 15/- from account for subscription of some Game app which I did’t try or subscribe. When I called immediately after deduction of this amount they told me to call them again after some time as their system is not updated about this deduction. Then again I called them in evening, now they said they are not able register my complaint as they are not able to do. So I asked them to connect my call to some higher authority regarding this. Then again said you called us tomorrow then we ll connect your call to some higher authority. Today on 20 July 2020, they clearly said no money will be refunded and again they didn’t allow to connect me with some higher authority..Now I am feeling cheated as they have deducted around Rs. 96/- during this lockdown period. I want to sue them in consumer court so that I can get justice against their this fraud. However, this amount is small, But cheating is cheating. So I wanna them to sue in consumer forum and get my money back. I also wanna them to penalize by the authority. Please help me.
