My grandfather is using a simple keypad phone that does not have services like Internet phones. But from past few weeks he is constantly receiving messages of deduction of amount, sometimes Rs. 25/- and Rs. 7/- constantly from time to time for some gaming services. We thought initially that it must be some mistake on our behalf, but after checking there are no such gaming services available in his entire phone. We tried stopping the services via customer services, but every time we got the response that no services are activated, but still this amount is constantly deducted. We not only want to stop the service immediately, but would also like a refund from the telecom service provider of all the deducted amount till date for the service which was started fraudulently and of which we have not received any benefit.
