Good evening
Yesterday afternoon I made a recharge of 500/- of talktime. After successful of transaction I received 423.73/- of talktime balance on my account..
Soon after some time without my knowledge 332/- were deducted from my main balance.
Neither any services got active nor any international charges applied.
Soon I called to Vodafone customer care and got reply stating that of any deduction has been it’s not been reflecting please call after some time , but all calls in vain no response from customer service team.
I demand for the refund asap.
