Sir,
On 21.1.19 I got a SMS informing me deduction of ₹24 without my request/ approval from my balance to restore Out Going services to my mobile no. 9966797322.
If I need and recharge for ₹35 I will be getting ₹26 TT in addition to restoring OG services for which I have sufficient time as I am not a regular user of this sim and as per the new TRAI policy after stoppage of OG services after 28 days Validity, 15 days Incoming is allowed and totally 90 days I can have my sim without a recharge.
My question is who authorized Vodafone to deduct TT in balance to restore OG services.
When fir ₹35 I can have OG and ₹26 TT is not it a fool’s act to loose my money.
I lodged a written Complaint with vodastore, KT Road, Tirupati, Andhrapradesh.
No one is responded so for.
I am getting only auto ack. saying respond within “one working day, within 48 hrs. etc.”
Vodastore manager is telling due to merger of Idea-vodafone it may take more than 15 days.
Pl look into this and do the needful to return my amount deducted and the rules for compulsory recharge time available to avoid my number before Deactivated.
