Hi Team, Vodaphone company is just fooling their valuable customers they don’t care about their customers and that’s why today vodaphone has lost their customers and they are in loss If you guys play with your customers no one will remain with you. So firstly 5 months back they charged some 99 rs from my Vodafone number 9607470246 After complaining 200 times they were not ready to refund my amount. And due to which I am not even able to port my sim as they did my balance in negative. I have tried contacting them everywhere everytime they say we are looking into this but never solved my problem. Now when I finally decided to close my sim and port the sim due to their behaviour they came and said we have checked with our backend team they’re saying we don’t know how this amount got deducted there’s no service present on your sim but they again saying that balance is in negative. Earlier they were saying it got charge for international roaming and now they themselves don’t know why it got charge it means they just deducting random amount from random users for their benefits and they just misguiding me that we are looking into this issue but they never come back to me in this past 5 month. I used to contact them aroun 100 times than they reply once. I want my refund back or ask them to initiate mybport Request as I am not going to pay those 99 bucks which they charged on their own. Also I want compensation of wasting my 5 months in this 5 months even after doing a recharge of 49 which comes with one month validity and 38rs for calling but than too I am not able to call anyone. I even recharge for a smsm pack and than too my message is not sending. Ibam fed up with them and finally come here so that necessary action will be taken against them this time I don’t want to listen anymore excuse now I just want my refund and initiate my port now

Please refer attached Screenshot when one of Vodaphone representative told me that they have deducted the money for international roaming and now today the same representative is saying that there’s no deduction on my phone number.

Please help me in refunding my money and help in porting my sim.
