I have purchased tiles and granite costs almost 1,80,000 INR. After fixing of tiles I have returned the packets left which costs, 6000 INR. They have deducted 18% GST from that amount and gave me 4200 INR. (I am having all the bills, including the returns bill, can I move legally with those documents?)
Why I need to give GST for a service that I have not actually experienced?
That means, even when I purchase a toothpaste costs 100, when I return it on the same day, the merchant will give me 82. Is GST works, something like this?
I have experienced the same in another hardware shop, When I returned YOYO oil costs 362, when I purchased, they gave me only 330, when I returned. For that I don’t have any bills. Just mentioned to let everyone know, its happening everywhere.
