My HDFC bank credit card ending with 6332 has charged me Rs 1499/- unnecessary by Amazon India CYBS SI without my permission/additional authentication or OTP. The transaction happened on 02-oct-2023 without any OTP being asked. Please help and reverse this transaction asap otherwise ill highlight the case in social media and consumer complaint court.
