They don’t show all documents at the time of booking. At the time of cancellation they told me about an GTC number and deducted 10% of whole asset value from my advance payment. I feel cheated . I have all documents. I want back a portion of my penalty deducted by them, which is too much i.e 10% of whole asset value.
