Team Airtel,
This is to bring to your kind notice that on 10th February 2021, I tried adding money into my Airtel money, i.e., Rs. 1836 only through Phone pay and the transaction was successful which was confirmed with the notification I received which said the payment was successful.
I fail to understand that when the transaction was successful and the amount was transferred to Airtel money then why was the money not added to my Airtel account.
I request you to get this issue resolved as soon as possible as its already been more than one and a half months.
