I made the order for a PEPE JEANS WOMEN WHITE REGULAR FIT CASUAL SHIRT SIZE L (order id. #115997828401110811901) , and got the delivery of the product on 22 dec 2020, after receiving the product I made the return immediately within 1 hour and the product was unused, with price tag and the same bar code poly bag, without any stain or dirt. The reason behind returning the product was on myntra website it was shown in a white colour but when I received it was off white colour. But they kept my return on hold saying that the product was used. I tried to contact them on 23 dec 2020 but was unable to contact, without listening to my quarry they declined my return request. This shows the irresponsible behavior of myntra customer care in deling with the situations and solution of the problems. They are not at all able to satisfy the customer with any of their excuse because they are liars and fraud people.
