i am krunal dafda from ahmedabad gujarat
i am customer of vodafone prepaid number 9898980918.
In March and April, I received a special benefit (double data benefit) offer from Vodafone, such as a 3GB net instead of 1.5GB. Now on May 1, I received a message that if you recharge unlimited before the plan is expired, the old benefit will be added to the new recharge so even though I recharged unlimited before expired my plan, now i get only 1.5 GB internet daily. So why make such a deceptive announcement.
Then I called customer care but I was put on hold for 15 minutes from executive side and got no proper answer.
i have got very very bad experience from this company. i hope so you solve my problem.
