Hi Team,
I am requesting your help as Debt Collectors from Alliance Debt Management have crossed their line and started Harassing my parents, my sister and my wife. They have even started calling people from my contact list including my relatives and and In laws.
Neetu Poddar and Sonia have troubled us so much with their non ethical behavior and continue to do so.
I have informed Neetu Poddar that my case is under Arbitration but even after informing they are not stopping and now they have started threatening my parents and and my wife (who’s pregnant).
My Mother got a call from Neetu Poddar and she request that please do not call my Wife as she has a medical condition and also she is pregnant against which Neetu Poddar and Sonia said that they will make sure that my Baby will not be born.
Also when my mother informed that why are you calling his Father, My father is a heart patient and is also suffering from Depression against which Neetu Poddar said that she said I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOUR HUSBAND WILL HAVE ANOTHER HEART ATTACK.
I have all the intentions to clear my debts, its just that I am Jobless but they started to harass us to such a level which cannot be explained. They call my wife everyday almost 15 – 20 calls regularly.
When my mom said Since we have not taken any loan, its only Jai Ahuja who is our son so why are you calling his father or relatives, my mother also said that His family has nothing to with any Loan Jai Ahuja took so why are you calling us everyday. To this Neetu Poddar said if you have nothing to do with Jai Ahuja then send us his DEATH CERTIFICATE. How can a she resort to such abusive language over the call with my parents.
When informed about Arbitration they became more angry and have said that we will not stop any collections activities and will keep defaming you and your family.
Today they called all my relatives and also called my father’s office and all employees working for the office.
how can such people can be so cruel
