I have this account Since 2019 , there was no such charges deducted from my account for the past 4 years.. This is the first time & without my knowledge .. When I opened this account there was no such thing mentioned .. Till today only rs. 117 or something will only got deducted as a maintenance charge this is the first time rs 295 got deducted.. And also I’m not new to this IOB, infact my whole family is having accounts in IOB .. I have never heard about such thing from them either.. Already They’ve charged literally rs 800+ or something which is so much when my account was in zero balance for three months an year ago .. But now again I’m facing issues like this really disappoints me .. I have called the customer care and waited so long.. No one answered … I want my amount back .. please help me to get refund .
