I have ordered a blue marine nonstick cookware of rs. 117.82 on 6th august from clotheroad they didn’t delivered. I have sended message about when did you deliver. On 21st august 2021 one person call me from this number 8392012900 and told that they will refund amount 117.82 rs. He told me that an otp will send to my phone he will hold the call and I must tell the number. I have told that otp then he had debited amount of rs. 2245 from my account. Then I had called to that number and asked why did you debited the cash. Then he told it will refund soon, but not refunded till. After that I have called many times but he is not answering and he switched off his mobile. Please clear this issue.
