For the past 10 months now R149 is being deducted from my bank account, without my consent. My bank gave me the following contact number to stop the debit order: Mobile Store 031 – 582 8352. The number is not working. I cannot get hold of them to stop this deduction.
I never agreed to this debit order and my bank says they cant block it because its a debit order, the number is from Durban and in my bank statement is written SHOW MAX in which they painted themselves as a showmax company and I enquired abiut it at the SHOWMAX company and I was assisted and they told me its not they company. I am being robbed every month and I dont know how to stop this.
