Vodafone deducted 24rps from my balance on 20th Jan without any prior information on number 9646889765. This is due to as my validity got expired. I requested them by registering a complaintĀ 3018 836 632 to refund my deducted amount and I will do recharge of amount which will look suitable to me. And they asked 2 days time to resolve this. After 2 day’s I got a call from them explaining this amount can’t be refunded as it’s company policy to auto debit amount from customer balance which is framed in Nov,2018.
- Now my question is if this policy is made, then who will make customer aware about this. I got no prior information that my account balance will get deducted before it actually got deducted. Even on my request, they denied to refund. This is totally harassment. I want my money to be refunded, service provider can’t loot their customer like this. If they have informed me about it earlier, I would not have registered this complaint but they did it without informing and without my permission. I want refund.
