I booked my flight ticket through paytm but was not able to take it due to the COVID situation. This happened in the month of March and I am still trying to chase this through paytm as well as the airlines, Air India, but to of no use. I would need some help through this portal so that this can now be escalated and I can get a resolution. Help would be really appreciated.
