I ORDERED A PHYSICAL DEBIT CARD FROM PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK AND THE CARD WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME BUT WAS UPDATED WRONGLY ON THE WEBSITE. NEITHER THEY OFFERED A NEW CARD NOR THEY REFUNDED THE DEDUCTED AMOUNT. I AM FED UP CALLING AND TALKING TO THE EXECUTIVES OF PAYTM BUT THEY DON’T WANNA BEHAVE PROFESSIONALLY IN ANY WAY. INFACT NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING.
