In 2018 month of may my father bought a bike in bajaj finance ternure of 36 month and put a down payment of rs 80000…in 2020 January my father died…My father is the only money earner in our family.after his death many harassing call and pressureing me and collection boys every time reach my home and say pay the rest of two wheeler loan ammount of my fathers loan either return the bike.some the the collecter and the collection agency force me and Take the money by force or my bike will take it…i want settle this matter and i want legal action on the collection boys and recovery team
