Dear Vodafone Team, I am unhappy with your services, we have 6 Vodafone connections in our family, the problem is with my fathers Vodafone number 9920057399, he has one no-android mobile and he doesn’t know more anything in the phone except pick up the call and cut the call, and Vodafone was charging 10rs every day from us using a game in mobile, so many times I have called in customer care number and speak with them every time they told me the same thing to us, “we have disconnected the data and every service from your number now from next time there will b a no charge from your balance, I am just fed up from this thing,Vodafone takes our 200rs without using any services any games and without my permission, a few days ago I has sent port out message but Vodafone deduct the charge but message send failed, we are not receiving Unicode. so there is a request from Vodafone refund my 200rs or send me to port out Unicode so can go to another network please note my father number: 9920057399
