Dear Vodafone, I just wanted to tell you that your company members are harassing me with inappropriate commitments. Ms. Neha who is sitting in head office.
She has no manner how to talk with a customer. She is very illiterate. Don’t knwo how you people has given a higher post like that persons. My last bill was arround 2500rs which was wrong as per my opinion.
But it was paid my me however and she committed me that sir we can understand this bill was wrong but you have to pay atleast 2000rs. Reat amount would be waiver and it will be reduced from your bill.
And after collecting the payment ahe totaly denied that she not commited this thing to me. It was wrong. After that i called the person who is received amount from me. Also he was changed and tell me this company is not of my father.
You can do what can you do. I Dont know they people are mad and also not trust on company. Please take an action against them otherwise i m going to consumer Court..
