Dear Sir,
I have booked Airtel broadband and DTH extreme connection on 23 Sep 20 by paying 4328/- rupees (vide issued landline number 08040926941 and DSL 080101526428_kk) to Airtel Representative Mr. Chetan ( Mobile No. 9945406961) at Bengaluru. On 24 Sep 20 technical team came to my home for broadband connection and they said there is problem to give connection. I called the concerned person he said please speak to my Manager Mr. Purshotam ( Mobile No. 9945587686). He attended my call and told I will check. Nobody revert back upto 1900h, even no DTH Xtreme team contacted for DTH connection. Now, they said we will refund your money. Screenshot attached for your information.
Sir, my issue is that such a reputed Airtel company name is spoiling by these type of employees and services.
Therefore you are requested to refund my money and take action against these employees.
