Dear Airtel,
I am facing internet & call drop problem last 2 years ,,,many time I complaint regarding this but not get any response your side .. I paid your monthly bill without using your services.please check my complaint detail from 2019 to 2021 and also confirm your network team what solution they provide .You fail to provide me services which I paid regularly to you . You network team never contect to me.
When I raised a complaint against my issue after 2 days a message received that your problem resolved our network team .
Hi, Service Request no. 31-3648232565594 registered for your Airtel has been resolved. We would love to have your feedback on the resolution. If you are happy with the resolution, please reply with 1 else reply with 2…. I replied with 2 … Every time I received msg like this but not get solutions from your side .
My problem is still exist.
Your network team is not working properly.
Who is responsible for this .
You show in advertisement that you are like a king in 4g internet services but sorry to say you your Zero in my case ,
I have already sent a mail om 5th June 2021 to ceo airtel ,121 @airtel, TRAI .. but stil not any solution provide to me .
