I have paid 588 rs to gaint bean bag on 30 augest, till now i didnt get any confirmation message of my order, please resolve my issue asap

Same issue with the bean bag combo offer.
Paid around 1000 bucks and didn’t get any info.
Emailed them but it bounced back!!!
