I had ordered an item until which time the website was active and I could access all their products. From the minute payment was made none of their customer service IDs worked, all emails were undeliverable and bounced back, no point of contact and pretty soon, the website became inactive! I’m unable to be a refund or appeal to put forth this fraudulency. I’d appreciate any help from similar experiences?
