I buy a redmi note 7 pro from dealmyntra.in amounting rs.13999 on 17 April 2019 but still they didn’t shipped my order and tracking status shows order is on hold.They neither reply to mail nor calls.I pay through phonepe so when I asked him to take action against merchant bcoz he is registered with them and phone pe have full details regarding merchant,but phonpe not taking any action against merchant bcoz they also promote such fraudulent merchant.i want to file a case against both merchant and phonepe.pls help me
