Respected sir/madam,
This regarding my order id OD428632968157720100 i have place the order on 16/07/ 2023 delivery date on 17/07/2023 but ita has been updated to 20/07/2023. But not receive the order.. when i contact to customer care due some other reason they are not update why it is dealing so they raises the complaint and it will be resolved on before 25/07/2023 but nobody is resolved my concern.. again i contact customer care today and same thing is repeating they don’t have proper answer why it getting dealing. And saying that it will be resolveing 29/07/2023. I don’t know happening. This is the way customers treating flipkart.. i am really unsatisfied. This really bad customer service. Even unable to cancel the order . What should i do? This is havet to gifted to my wife birthday. But time is up. I will take this issue further .
And three times called customer care and at end saying that my senior will contact you. Without informing customer they disconnected call. I have call recording let me see…
