I purchased an iPhone 12 on March 9 2022 from Ganapathi mobiles, Mallapur, Hyderabad. The proprietor Raju is not providing me bill from day 1. After several requests, he says he cannot provide me a GST bill. I purchased it using a loan from IDFC first loan. I also requested IDFC agent Krupanandam for the bill multiple times. He doesn’t respond for my calls and messages.
