I saw an advertisement on Facebook regarding SPEAKERS & WIRELESS EARBUDS Blue in INR 1880 from deal2k19.com. I ordered the same on April 13, 2019 with Order no.#37419. The same was delivered too me through bluedart courier on on the 19.04.2019. The product I received was a green bluetooth wireless speaker of Y9 company. There was no ear buds. Even the wireless speaker was a fake product not the same as shown in the advertisement. I have made the payment of INR 1880, have also complained about the product and asked for a refund on the 19.04.2019 by writing on the company’s official email 2019deal@gmail.com but no response has been received yet. I request to take action against this fake website and help me to get the refund.
