ORDER NO – #15952.
NAME- Worlds Favourite brand waterproof wireless.
PRICE- 1599
WEBSITE- DEAL2K19
There was an offer going on the website DEAL2K19. So i’ve ordered a Jbl speaker with headphones (combo). I received the parcel an hour ago and to my surprise the product is no where close to my order . They’ve sent me a cheap speaker which is not even switching on , and i payed RS 1600 for the product .
On their webstie their return policy claims to contact their customer service center but they dont have any number provided to contact them . This is clear fraud . I’d request you to please take an action against them and get our money back . I paid 1600 and its not a small amount . Please do take an action and respond back to me quickly.
