OD225515161935808000 is my order I’d.

I got dead cellphone on 22nd July.

Same day I raised my complaint of recieving dead phone…

24th July mr. Paul … Flipkart technical executive visits to my place for cellphone examination.

He approved the replacement and on 27th July Flipkart executive visits my place for replacement but he deny delivery to me as he needs to ON the dead cellphone to take imei number photo click.

Pls tell how is it possible to ON a dead cellphone to note imei number.

Again I raised my complaint and today suddenly they cancelled my replacement request too.

Pls help to solve my issue.
