Hi,
My name is Kumar. I am holding a Vodafone postpaid connection since 3 yrs. Now a days, i am not using any voice calls nor data for this number. So, i planned to convert my post paid connection to prepaid. I had contacted vodafone store 3 or 4 time since last 3 months, which is 60Kms from my place. My vodafone bill date is 1st of every month. At last, they are ready to convert. I paid the outstanding balance amount on 29th April 2019. Even though i paid the said amount by vodafone store executive, still my postpaid connection is active. When i called customer care people, they said, the application was rejected due to outstanding balance of Rs. 66. Even though i paid all the outstanding amount and settled that amount on 29th April at Vodafone store in kadapa. Today is 18th May 2019, still i am not getting any response from vodafone executives on my issue.
