I had a number “9874722662” which suddenly got deactivated in September. I was told that this was because it had some issues with personal data.
I went to multiple vodafone stores but still it didn’t get activated. I paid 1500 as the last pending bill but still didn’t get activated for the last 3 months. I was told while the system transfer from Vodafone to VI, some internal problem happened.
Now today, I got an Whatsapp in my another number “9830385566” that 9830385566 is suspended because of the non-payment of the bill of the already suspended number “9874722662”.
This is really disgusting. Why WOULD I NEED TO PAY THE BILL FOR “9874722662” AS IT WAS DEACTIVATED FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS AND COULD NOT BE ACTIVATED even after visiting the Vodafone care shops multiple times?
Why am I being harassed like this ? Please activate my number 9830385566.
