I have been using my Vodafone number for the last 4.5 yrs, but I have the worst experience with the service lately,
I moved to Australia last year but decided to keep my India number active, I have been regular in paying my bills but every month I have to go through the hassle of reaching out to Vodafone Customer Care of activating my number every month. I have not been contacted through email nor phone regarding the deactivation of my number. I wonder why has there an issue. The customer care has been of no help in this case.
This time when I called the Customer Care I was told that all Vodafone numbers are down and that I should call after 2 hours. I wonder how a company of this scale manage to keep their systems down for so long without any crisis management.
I would request you to kindly help me out with this matter at the earliest.
