Sir,on 1st of November I havepaid Rs.458.00 through Mpesa wallet. At the same time the amount Rs 458.00 taken from my phone where I had Rs 562. So double payment done. I do online payment always for years. I lost money from my phone. I used to pay either through Mpesa or Mobiqwick. I had informed the agents and registred complaint. On 2nd of Nov.one agent told me to call by 7pm because refund is done then only. I called that time and a male registred my complaint .on third rs375 refunded of 458 which came extra payment telling 82 rupees GST.Without my permission cutting money from my account and for that I have to payGST!!Not only that after taking Rs.916 my plan is got deactivated. Are your people jocking with us. I am a principal of a school where I have make lot of calls.
Pleaseactivate my plan early enough n return the amount 82 balance of refunded. Pls do take action immediately. I am a Vodafone customer for many years.
