Madam /Dear Sir,
Myself Naveen Kumar N, working as Manager Branch Operations at SBI, Srinagar Branch, Bengaluru is having a Post paid connection with Airtel to my mobile number 9964479955.
In the month of July 2018 I got a promotional call from Airtel telecaller and the executive have offered a add on number with attractive benefits and one of the executive has visited my place next day and given a new connection to my family member with number 7349749005 taking my bio metric authentication of Adhar card.
In the subsequent months I have noticed a massive increase in my mobile mothly bill.
FOR clarification I have visited Airtel office on 06/09/2018 located in 50 feet Hanumanthanagar main road at Nagendra Block, Srinagar and I came to know that one more unknown number 8296275557 is also added without my knowledge. I have requested Mr. Ranjan C, manager of the office to block the wrongly activated number and refund of the bill I paid towards that number.
Mr. Ranjan has raised a request for deactivation of wrongly activated number.
To my surprise my primary number 9964479955 has deactivated from 5/10/2018 and I have visited several times to Airtel office in for resolution of my problem.
But till now I have not got any resolution from Airtel.
Added to it they have deactivated my number which I am using from last 20 years and which is registered with my HRMS details at my work place, because of this I am receiving a number of complaints from my organization and customers of my bank. Hence I am lodging this complaint with immense dissatisfaction and pain.
Expecting a quick resolution and compensation from Airtel.
