Text of Complaint by Ravina khandwal:

My ajio account has deactivated .I have ordered products that are still under return and exchange period.But i could return or exchange them i my account deactivated.some products delivered to me after deactivation of account.It is totally breach of trust as i ordered products and my deactivated after order.As a right of a consumer i can return or exchnage items when they are under said period.I also registerded complain through email and called no of time but there is no satisfactory response from ajio.
