I activated the caller tune service by mistake and again I deactivated it but later at a regular interval they detect money for the sports pack which I didn’t activate. I checked value-added services that are activated for my number but it shows sports pack is activated which I didn’t do and it also shows caller tune service which I deactivated already. they keep on detecting money. I’m sending an e-mail but no proper response from customer service.
