We bought paytm soundbox. It didn’t work. We got it replaced 2 times. Each time it didn’t work. Now we want to deactivate paytm soundbox as it is charging us Rs. 125 every month. We have called their customer service multiple times and have raised several tickets on their app regarding this. However, each time the ticket and the complaint get “resolved” and still hundreds of rupees continue to be deducted from our paytm account. All we want to do is deactivate the paytm soundbox.
