I have activated my Vodafone number in 2014 with proper documents. Suddenly on 28-7-2019 my sim deactivated without intimation. When I visited the Vodafone store representatives said my documents were rejected. has Vodafone verified my documents after 5 years? Now to reactivate they saying I need to take Postpaid connection with a minimum plan rate 399 + gst its around 470.
